Production Timeline

Please allow up to 14 business days for production.
Each shirt is individually tailored, inspected, and finished before dispatch.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification once your garment has been completed and dispatched.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Orders are shipped via premium courier service and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after production.

International Shipping: Available to select countries. Transit time varies by destination and may take 7–10 business days after production.

Expedited shipping options are available upon request.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country.

Made-to-Measure & Custom Orders

Please note that made-to-measure or customized shirts are created exclusively for each client. As such, these orders follow a bespoke 14-day production period and are final sale.
