Cancellation Policy
Phillip Grandison Made-to-Measure Measurement Policy At Phillip Grandison, we take pride in offering a precise and personalized made-to-measure experience. To ensure the highest level of service, we have implemented the following policy for our measurement appointments: Measurement Appointment Fee • A $100 appointment fee is required to book a measurement session. • This fee is credited toward the final cost of your suit. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice to ensure availability. • If you need to cancel, the $100 fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a future appointment if rescheduled within 30 days. No-Show Policy • If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the $100 fee will be forfeited, and a new appointment will require a separate booking fee. Application of Fee Toward Purchase • Once measurements are taken, the $100 will be applied toward the total cost of your made-to-measure suit. • This fee cannot be transferred to another person or purchase.
