We accept returns on eligible ready-to-wear items that are unworn, unused, and unaltered within our return window.
Please note:
• Monogrammed or personalized items are final sale
• Custom or altered garments are non-returnable

No. Any item that includes monogramming, personalization, or customization is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins and changes may not be possible.
Exchanges are available for size only on eligible items, subject to availability.
We recommend professional dry cleaning to preserve the structure and finish of your garment.
