Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
All orders are prepared upon purchase and typically ship within approximately 14 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Phillip Grandison, each garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on ready-to-wear items only under the following conditions:
Item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
Item must be in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be attached
Return request must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our garments, the following items are final sale:
Monogrammed or personalized pieces
Made-to-measure or custom garments
Altered items (including hemming, sleeve adjustments, tapering, etc.)
Special orders or custom fabric requests
Gift cards and promotional items
Once customization or monogramming has been applied, the item cannot be returned or refunded.
Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size only on eligible ready-to-wear items, subject to availability.
